My Account FAQs

From https://www.agdirect.com/:

  1. Select Customer in the “Login” dropdown in the top, right-hand corner.
  2. From the LOG IN page, select Enroll here and follow the instructions.

From the AgDirect My Account Mobile app:

  1. Download the My AgDirect Account app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and select Enroll, located towards the bottom of the page, and follow the instructions.

  1. From the Log In screen, select Forgot username.
  2. Confirm your identity information and select Continue.
  3. Your username will be emailed to you at the email address on file.

  1. From the Log in screen select Forgot password.
  2. Enter your username in the Forgot Password screen and select Submit.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to your delivery method selection and select Continue.
  4. Create and confirm your new password and select Go to LogIn.
  5. Enter your Username and Password and select Log in.
